Varsity "K" Members
Membership List
In 1927, athletic director Merle E. Wagoner, along with student-athletes Eugene J. Feeley, August Peterka, and others came up with the idea of forming a Varsity "K" Club-a social organization for varsity lettermen.
Early activities included organizing dances, first fall homecoming event, and running an annual High School Day (to entice high school athletes to attend Kent State).
Today, Varsity "K" is comprised of hundreds of former athletes, from all different sports and eras. To keep up with fellow members online, please join the Varsity "K" Club Facebook group.
